Our company was first established in 1950, with the participation of Tahir TORUN, Bülent TORUN and Behiç TORUN, under the name Torunlar Kollektif Şirketi. Along with the Arçelik Dealership, they also acquired the Tofaş main dealership and started to provide service and spare parts services in addition to vehicle sales. The company, which grew rapidly through sales and organization stages with the services it provided to Bilecik and surrounding provinces, was established as Bozüyük Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in 1988 with its institutionalization phase and new partnership structure. He continued his business life under his name. Bozüyük Automotive, which has perceived growth in the automotive industry with the principle of "best service", opened its own facility of 2500 m2 in 1998, where it currently operates. In 2008, it acquired the Commercial Showroom and auto protection department. Today, aiming for growth and modern breakthroughs in trade; In the automotive sector, we operate Fiat dealership as BOZÜYÜK OTO.SAN.VE TİC.A.Ş., and in the insurance sector, ÇÖZÜM SİGORTA LTD.ŞTİ. as Allianz, Ak Sigorta, Axa Oyak agencies, and TORUNLAR A.Ş. in the white goods sector. and TORUNLAR GRUP LTD.ŞTİ. Our organizations that maintain Arçelik Dealerships continue their business lives as leading companies in our region. Metin Torun, born in 1971, is the chairman of the board of directors of these companies.
