The development of industrialization and trade in Eskişehir, the establishment of the Cer Workshop in 1894, and the migrations from the Balkans after the 1890s, rapidly accelerated the Tile-Brick, Stove, Agricultural Machinery, Furniture, Construction and Food Industry. Namely, when we look at the leading businesses in our city on a brand and sector basis, it is noticeable that companies owned by immigrant families have a large share.

Our association; In accordance with the principles stipulated by our Constitution, Ataturk’s Principles and the fundamental values of the Republic, to increase the spirit of solidarity by ensuring the leadership qualities, social responsibilities, and continuation of customs and traditions of industrialists and business people, to contribute to the development of the social and economic level of the society, to work to spread private entrepreneurship, to solve the problems of industrialists and business people. With the aim of developing pioneering and entrepreneurial qualities in the society, and working to develop cultural, commercial and industrial relations with neighboring countries, especially the Balkan Countries. It was established on 25.12.2015 under the name of ESKİŞEHİR RUMELIAN BUSINESS PEOPLE ASSOCIATION (ERIAD).
